The tablet press is used to repeatedly roll the raw materials after awakening into dough sheets.

Granulator is used for cutting and granulating dough slices.

The conveyor evenly transports the material to the frying machine.

The frying machine is designed to address the phenomenon of continuous floating of materials during the frying process. It adopts a single-layer mesh belt structure, combined with a mesh belt type discharge upper layer pressure net, which can immerse the entire material into the frying oil to ensure consistent maturity and uniform color of the material.

The fully automatic drum filter is a product developed by our company to meet the needs of continuous frying production lines. It can achieve continuous operation without the generation of consumables during use. Automatically filter and remove residue from the filter screen during work, avoiding the trouble of frequent cleaning.

The oil cooling conveyor is made of herringbone stainless steel mesh belt, with a fan installed on the upper part of the mesh belt and an oil pan installed on the lower part. Simultaneously complete oil extraction and cooling. The front end is equipped with two air knife oil removal systems, and the rear section is cooled by a fan; All are independently controlled to meet the needs in different seasons.

The sugar mixer is used to evenly mix sugar syrup into the material.

The shaping and cutting machine flattens the sugar mixed material and cuts it into pieces.

The packaging machine is used for packaging materials that have been cut into pieces.
